The Rabbi Akiva Complex is an industrial area located within a residential neighborhood. It is currently undergoing a significant transformation into a new, mixed-use neighborhood that will incorporate residential units, commercial spaces, employment zones, public buildings, and Public Open Spaces. As part of the project, we identified two unique structures designated for preservation and adaptive reuse. The complex is next to a future Light Rail Station. To enhance accessibility and connectivity, we created an open pathway with two principal axes. Since many landowners are involved in the complex, it introduces various economic considerations.
