Kiryat Sharett East is a neighborhood in Holon currently undergoing many urban renewal projects. To serve as a guiding and organizing document and to establish a unified vision for the neighborhood, this Policy Document was created. The first part provides the statutory planning and historical background. The second part outlines the guiding planning principles for the neighborhood, including the division into specific planning complexes and the proposed structural renewal methodology for each. Finally, the third part covers various planning aspects, offering detailed instructions for each complex.
